General Manager, Human Resources

Rana Hassan Fatani is the General Manager of the Human Resources Department leading all advisory, strategic, operational aspects related to people & people experience. Her function strives to create an agile and resilient innovative Human Resources practices that establishes itfc as an organization driven by performance to support its member countries by advancing trade and improving lives.

Rana has more than 20 years of professional and managerial experience in the field, specialized in commissioning and building Human Resources in the health care and the financial sectors. Her 15 years of proven leadership experience has helped reshape the understanding of HR and igniting as an engine for change and growth. Her experience included overseeing highly diverse staff members operating in different locations and regions.

Rana has successfully contributed to the success of itfc in its different stages, since inception to date, with special interest in people experience, leadership development, HR strategy and HR transformational projects among many others.  

Rana earned her MSc. in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester, UK, and her Associate Certified Coach from The International Coach Federation.
